Summer BBQ

This was my first event, organized within a challenging two-week timeframe. The planning process involved extensive research and coordination, including securing a DJ, booking an ice cream van, arranging BBQ equipment, and sourcing food. The event was successfully promoted on social media, targeting residents, their families, and friends.
